Hello. Binkie7 - Tried both of your suggestions. Still getting the same error messages with DVD Shrink & DVD Decrypter with AnyDVD running in the background. I also tried using DVDFab Decrypter and I got a message saying:Get DVD information fail. 4096Do you have any other suggestions? I'm very puzzled by this problem considering I have never seen anything like this before, and none of the programs seem to want to copy this disc? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
